No content may be reproduced or redistributed without express written consent.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform (including forum posts, comments, or assignments), you grant Adex Krost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse or policy violation is identified.
6.3 Subscription Renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged.
